RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults)


7If you with to learn more about the Catholic faith, or you are a baptized Catholic who wishes to reconnect with the faith, this is the program for you.


The RCIA process it is a period of reflection, prayer, instruction, discernment, and formation.  Bring you own concerns and questions that you might have about the faith.  Every question is worth asking!!  Contact the RCIA coordinator here.


Fall 2017 schedule:


The Fall component of the RCIA program will consist of screenings of Bishop Robert Barron’s 10-part documentary series Catholicism. Each video lasts approximately 55 minutes and will be followed by a 30-minute discussion. Through Bishop Barron’s Word on Fire ministry of books, full-length documentary series, shorter YouTube pieces, and an active social media presence, he has become one of the most prominent people promoting the Catholic faith in the contemporary age.


The episodes will be viewed on the following Sundays at 1pm in Room 100 (basement level) of St. Mark’s College: September 10 & 17, October 1, 15, 22 & 29, November 12 & 26, December 3 & 10.


Although the Catholicism series will constitute the Fall segment of the RCIA program for St. Mark’s, anyone who is interested to learn more about the Catholic faith is welcome to join us. If you have any questions, email Fr. Michael Rosinski, SJ at mrosinski AT rcav.org.
